About David
David Le is Director of Acquisitions at Atlas Real Estate Partners. In this role, David focuses on sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and executing investment opportunities. Prior to joining Atlas, David was on the investments team for a wholly-owned hotel subsidiary of Starwood Capital Group where he focused on the underwriting and execution of new hotel acquisitions and ground-up development opportunities for the InTown Suites platform. David started his career on the acquisitions team at Four Mile Capital, a Denver-based real estate investment firm, where he was responsible for the underwriting, due diligence and acquisition of multifamily, office and hotel properties.
David holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder. In his free time, David enjoys skiing, playing tennis, golfing, hiking, live music, and traveling.

Personal Interests

Enjoys playing tennis, snowboarding/skiing, golfing, sailing, dive bars with live music, cooking and building up his recipe rolodex, traveling, and trying new dinner spots with his friends/family.
Appreciator of good urban planning and transportation economics.
