About Nick
Nick is Chief Financial Officer at Atlas Real Estate Partners. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s finance function including investor reporting, tax, accounting, banking, and deal structures. Prior to joining Atlas, Nick was Chief Financial Officer at Sachem Capital Corp., a publicly traded mREIT that specializes in small balance lending to real estate investors. At Sachem, Nick oversaw the finance function including the company’s SEC reporting, capital markets, investor relations, foreclosures/workouts, legal, and human resources.
Previously, he was a Vice President at Waypoint Residential where he was responsible for the financial reporting of the firm’s conventional multifamily portfolio in the Sunbelt region. Nick's role included monthly operational reporting, annual audits, transactions, and tax compliance. He began his career at PwC in the Investment Management Group where he performed tax and audit compliance for private equity, hedge fund, and real estate clients.
Nick holds a B.S. from Providence College and an M.B.A and M.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University. Outside of work he enjoys golfing, running, and spending time with his wife, Amie, and two children, Sam and Lily.

When not working, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife & two kids, running, cooking and traveling.

Enjoy woodworking & building custom furniture.
