We are excited to announce the successful refinance of Huntington Place Apartments, located in Sarasota, FL. Huntington Place’s new appraised value is $66.4M, a 206% increase over the $21.75M we paid for the Property. Based on today’s appraised value, the asset has generated a gross IRR of 31% and a multiple of 6.6x over our hold. We will be holding back funds to continue the unit renovation program and make additional amenity improvements which will drive further value creation.
