The partnership is off to an exciting start and has recently closed on three acquisitions in the Washington, D.C. metro region, representing over $45 million in total deal value. – Prince - $5MM, Fort davis - $12MM and Silver Hill - $28MM. We have since closed on 3 additional deals as part of the Atlas-West End joint-venture We continue to target value-add multifamily, office, and retail assets throughout the Mid-Atlantic and is looking to grow the platform substantially in 2014.
